Cinderella Fairytales Web Assignment

Part 1: Thinking about your text

What happens if we think about fairytales being persuasive in important ways? What kinds of gendered identities might these tales be arguing for? What sorts of behaviors are rewarded? Are different behaviors advocated for each gender? How does the story indicate which characters are "good" and which characters are "bad"?

Part 2: Creating your web page

Now, that you know what you want to present. You need to decide how you want to present it. Before you start making your page(s), the group needs to discuss how the pages are going to look. Aspects like color, font, tables, and images (yes, you should find some) should be thought about and even sketched out. Remember all that stuff about performativity? You should use it here! Don't forget to cite both your images and text.
