Holly is an orange and white Brittany. I got her through American Brittany Rescue, a breed rescue organization dedicated to finding homes for Brittanys. Brittanys are versatile hunting dogs used mostly for flushing game. They have a lot of energy and need to have one or two "big runs" a week. However, when indoors, they are more than happy to curl up and be oversized lapdogs.

Holly is small for a Brittany, so she still looks like a puppy even though she's a full-grown adult. Holly's favorite activity is chasing bugs, particularly dragon flies. Fortunately for her, we have flying bugs of some sort almost all year round in Florida.
